Before we begin recruiting for our clients, we do an on-boarding call to discuss the company, position(s), and historical recruiting trends of the company. A recruiting strategy is then formulated with the goal to save you time and money while hiring quality candidates.

We offer support throughout the hiring process. We have integrated a feature on our website called Candidate Files. Candidates are asked to add their information and resume to our database. Candidates in our database receive priority screening for available positions for which Ram & Arrow is recruiting. Submitting your information takes less than five minutes and can easily be updated.
