When selecting a leader for your organization, you want a quality candidate, with a dependable background and the ability to thrive. After the position is accepted by Ram & Arrow, there will be an on-boarding call to discuss the position in detail and determine interview preferences. Once screening the candidates is complete, interviews are conducted by Ram and Arrow before submitting the candidate for your review.
Candidates
We are here every step of the way. If you are following our CEO's LinkedIn and submitted your information to our Candidate Files , it will greatly increase your chances for placement in your next role. Once you have been determined to be a qualified candidate for an execute position, we will review your resume with you and offer advice resume tailoring. You will then walk through the interview process with our Recruiter. Once we submit you to the client, we will offer you a preparation call to set you up for success before your interview with the client. After you are hired, Ram and Arrow will follow up with you to check-in after your first 90 days of employment.
